We've been looking a quite a few segments of Frontline lately in my Intermediate Reporting class this spring, and if you didn't catch the recent episode, Poisoned Waters, you can--and should--watch it online. (Why, when I was a kid, you had to be in the living room, in front of the television, at the assigned time to watch a t.v. show. And you had to walk five miles through the snow first.)
We've had a lot of discussion about ethics around here lately, and in that spirit, I found their Guidelines and Practices to be valuable. Since Frontline uses many independent producers, this document lays out the rules of the road. Take a look.
